(flaked bonito) is natural condensed umami flavor, which is food product and seasonings mainly used in Japan.

200mL (0.2L) to maximum 18L. Also, our Kasai plant has obtained ISO22000 in 2007,
and FSSC22000 in 2011, in addition to Organic JAS certification. "
